This tri-state region offers a mix of outdoor adventure, history, and southern hospitality. Whether exploring waterfalls, riding the scenic railway, rafting the Ocoee, or just relaxing here at Fawn Mountain, the area provides a perfect escape into nature with a touch of small-town charm.

Full Service Amenities
We are a full-service Vacation Rental. In addition to luxurious linens and towels, you’ll find a starter kit of the basics including 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 rolls paper towels, kitchen trash bags, toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash), and hair dryers in each bathroom. We provide dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, hand soap for all sinks, and a new kitchen sponge. In addition to fully stocked kitchen equipment, you’ll find coffee creamer, sugar, and pantry basics like, salt & pepper, and a full spice rack. We include propane for the grill and fire wood for the fireplace/fire pit.

Whether lounging outside in front of the fireplaces, dining outside, or in the hot tub, the 2-state view across GA & NC is incredible.
You’ll likely get visits from the plethora if deer living on the mountain plus lots of bird watching. Hunting, Fireworks & Firearms are not permitted.
