Relax and enjoy the spacious accommodations from Southern Hospitality Lodge in the North Georgia Mountains. There are a total of 11 beds - 5 kings, plus 6 queens in our custom-built Bunk Room. We can comfortably accommodate up to 22 guests. Perfect for a large family getaway, couples weekend, or company retreat. Newly redesigned backyard with heated pool and spa. Updated interior design. Just 10 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge GA!

Heated Pool & Hot Tub
Enjoy the 14-ft, year-round hot tub, a covered poolside lounge with TV, a dining table for 10, and a spacious fire pit area with seating for twelve—perfect for relaxing days and starlit evenings.
The pool heating season runs April 1 through September 30, and during this time the pool is heated to a minimum of 80°. Guests may request an increase up to 85° for an additional fuel fee.
Pool heat may also be available outside the regular season when overnight temperatures remain above 35°. Off-season fuel costs vary based on outdoor temperatures and propane pricing.

The exquisitely designed, 3-story retreat, has room for everyone to enjoy the open floor plan, along with en-suite bathrooms for ALL BEDROOMS! Fully-stocked kitchen, 2 fireplaces, fire pit, hot tub, and game room with foosball, shuffleboard, arcade games, and full size corn hole boards. 8 beds comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests. All paved roads lead to this gorgeous cabin just 12 minutes from both downtown Blue Ridge and McCaysville.

If guests would like to increase to a max temp of 85 degrees, a daily fuel fee applies to each night of the reservation (3-night min). Southern Orchard House is a 6,000 square foot luxury log cabin on 15+ private acres in the Blue Ridge mountains of North Georgia. Built for large groups, family reunions, multi-family vacations, and milestone celebrations — this is the mountain retreat where everyone has space and no one compromises. Swim in a heated saltwater waterfall pool. Unwind in the barrel sauna or 6-person hot tub. Challenge everyone to a tournament across two full game rooms. Cook together in a chef's kitchen with a Wolf gas range. Then gather around the fire pit under the stars on one of the most private properties in the Blue Ridge area. Base nightly rate covers up to 8 guests. Just $20 per night for each additional guest, up to 20 total.
