Pool Heating Season is between April 1 and Sept 30. The pool will be heated to a minimum of 78 degrees. If guests would like to increase to a max temp of 85 degrees, a daily fuel fee applies to each night of the reservation (3-night min). If pool heat is requested outside of the heating season,  daily fuel fee applies. The fuel fee is calculated based on outdoor temps and propane costs.

The open-concept kitchen is a showstopper—featuring sleek black stainless steel appliances, rich granite counters, and a large island perfect for pancake mornings or wine & charcuterie nights.  Downstairs, the Terrace Level Den/Game Room is a total vibe—complete with a wet bar, cozy lounge area, Arcade Game, Foosball, and access to covered patios with hot tub and more of those jaw-dropping views.  Outside, multiple covered porches wrap the home—including one with a wood-burning fireplace for cozy nights under the stars.

We are a full-service Vacation Rental. In addition to luxurious linens and towels, you’ll find a starter kit of the basics including 2 rolls of  toilet paper per bathroom, 2 rolls paper towels, kitchen trash bags, toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash), and hair dryers in each bathroom. We provide dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, hand soap for all sinks, and a new kitchen sponge. In addition to fully stocked kitchen equipment, you’ll find coffee creamer, sugar, and pantry basics like, salt & pepper, and a full spice rack. We include propane for the grill and fire wood for the fireplace/fire pit.

The mountain views can be seen from almost every area inside & out! 

Whether lounging outside in front  of the fireplaces, dining outside, or in the hot tub, the 2-state view across GA & NC is incredible. 

You’ll likely get visits from the plethora if deer living on the mountain plus lots of bird watching. Hunting, Fireworks & Firearms are not permitted.
