HEATED POOL & OVERSIZED HOT TUB
Make the most of mountain days outdoors with your own private pool and 14-foot hot tub, plus a covered poolside lounge with TV, outdoor dining for 10, and a spacious fire pit area with seating for 12. It’s an entire outdoor living space designed for sunny afternoons, evening cocktails, and nights under the stars.
POOL HEATING
From April 1 through September 30, the pool is heated to a minimum of 80°F and included with your stay. Prefer it warmer? Guests may upgrade the temperature to 85°F for an additional fuel fee.
OFF-SEASON POOL HEAT
Pool heating may also be available outside the regular season when overnight temperatures remain above 35°F. Pricing varies based on outdoor temperatures and current propane costs. Contact us for a personalized pool-heating quote for your stay.
WOODED TRAILS & SUNSET EVENINGS
Step beyond the pool terrace and explore walking trails winding through the woods, then settle in as the sun begins to drop behind the mountains. Enjoy sunset cocktails around the upper-deck fire table, grill dinner outdoors, or gather around the expansive poolside fire pit for s’mores and conversation under the stars.
