Step aboard Southern Orchard House’s newest gathering space, where vintage aviation meets steampunk imagination. Challenge your crew to skee-ball, shuffleboard, darts, arcade games, or simply relax in aviator-inspired seating surrounded by hidden curiosities and conversation pieces. Keep an eye out for Captain Kevin T. Coughlin’s artifacts, mysterious keys, and other discoveries woven throughout the lounge. It’s more than a game room. It’s an adventure waiting to be explored.
16 Private Acres & Waterfall Pool
Step outside and discover one of Orchard’s biggest draws: 16 private acres designed for gathering, playing and slowing down. Spend sunny days beside the expansive saltwater pool and waterfall, soak in the hot tub, gather around the fire pit, or settle onto the wraparound porch and take in the sweeping pastoral views.
There’s plenty to explore beyond the pool, too. Kids have their own playground and treehouse, while a private creek and acres of open lawn and wooded grounds invite everyone to get outside. Fire up the grill, pour a drink, claim an Adirondack chair and stay awhile.
Pool Heating: From May 1 through September 30, the pool is heated to a minimum of 80°F at no additional charge. Guests may upgrade the temperature to a maximum of 85°F for an additional fuel fee. Pool heating may also be available outside the regular heating season, weather permitting. Upgrade and off-season heating rates are based on outdoor temperatures and current propane costs. You’ll likely get visits from the wildlife living on our property: Deer, Turkey, Guinea Fowl, and lots of bird watching. Hunting is not permitted on property.
